CONTEST RULES

🎯 Objective

Your mission  is to ignite collaboration, sharpen your skills, and drive business impact through sales, learning, and alignment.

From September 25th to October 19th, all agents across SEU will be deployed into a top-secret operation aligned with the SEU OKRs:

  • KR2 → Increase SaaS Sales
  • KR3 → Accelerate Learning & Development
  • KR4 → Strengthen CFR practices and team alignment

Success will require teamwork, strategy, initiative… and a bit of secret agent flair.


👥 Teams & Roles

  • 35 Cross-Brand & Cross-Department Teams
  • 11 teams of 7 agents
  • 24 teams of 8 agents
  • Each team includes:
  • 🧑‍✈️ Team Leader – Coordinates the squad and reports to HQ
  • 👨‍💼 1 Manager – Conducts CFRs, not the team leader
  • 🛒 At least 1 Sales/Marketing Agent
  • 💡 Diverse mix of brands and departments — real SEU synergy

Bonus Points:

  • +5 points: Submit a team name
  • +5 points: Submit a team logo

🗂️ Core Missions (Daily Point-Scoring Opportunities)

1️⃣ SaaS Sales Mission

  • Offline SaaS sale (e.g. Iubenda, SMH, Accessiway, etc.): +10 points
  • Online SaaS sale/trial (Marketing, Webempresa and Dominios .pt): +1 point
     Data Source: Tableau (online & offline product sales)

🎯 Focus: Push product value, understand customer needs, and win trust with impact.

2️⃣ Learning Mission – Train like a Pro

  • Every completed BOB training (15+ min, 100% completed): +5 points
     No maximum!
     Data Source: BOB LMS (all trainings done during the contest dates)

🎯 Focus: Empower yourself, sharpen your edge, and support KR3.

3️⃣ CFR Mission – Debrief & Align

  • 1:1 CFR with your manager, logged in BOB using OKR template: +10 points
  • Managers with 100% CFRs completed in their teams: +5 bonus points
